Obiettivi formativi
Il corso ha l’obiettivo di potenziare le competenze linguistiche degli studenti, con particolare attenzione alle abilità di comprensione orale, comprensione scritta e produzione orale, per il raggiungimento del livello intermedio superiore (B2).
Il corso è facoltativo e non conferisce crediti, né può essere inserito nel piano carriera. Il corso viene offerto agli studenti del primo anno delle lauree magistrali con la finalità di fornire uno strumento di supporto a coloro che frequenteranno corsi di studio in lingua inglese presso l’Ateneo.
Il corso ha la durata di 30 ore e si svolgerà con la modalità online in remoto al seguente link:
The course aims to help students reach level B2 (English for Specific Purposes). It is not compulsory and no CFUs are awarded. It is an opportunity for students who wish to improve their English language skills.
The course aims to enhance students' language skills, with a particular focus on listening comprehension, reading comprehension, and speaking skills, to achieve an upper-intermediate level. The course is optional, does not confer credits, and cannot be included in the academic plan. It is offered to first-year students of master's degree programs to provide support to those who will be attending courses in English at the University. The course lasts 30 hours and will be held online at the following link:

Il corso affronterà sia lo studio delle strutture linguistico/comunicative necessarie a livello B2 sia l’ampliamento della base lessicale (inglese scientifico) attraverso letture, testi audio e video ed esercitazioni mirate.The course will cover the necessary grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and skills work to reach level B2 (English for Specific Purposes), using reading, audio and video resources.

Lezioni frontali ed esercitazioni a coppie e/o in gruppo, con espansione/supporto online.Online teaching will include individual work as well as pair and group activities, with ad-ditional online practice.- Oggetto:
Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
La verifica dell’apprendimento avviene al termine del corso e consiste in una breve prova scritta più una presentazione PPT di un argomento a scelta del/della candidato/a attinen-te alle tematiche del corso e/o l’ambito di studio. Gli studenti e le studentesse che avran-no frequentato almeno il 70% del corso saranno ammessi all’esame e, se superato, verrà loro rilasciato un attestato con il livello linguistico raggiunto.Language skills and outcomes will be evaluated on the basis of a written test as well as a PPT presentation which students will be asked to prepare on a topic of their choice, rela-ted to the course and their study programme. Those students who have attended at least 70% of the course will be admitted to the final examination and will be awarded a certifi-cate stating their English language level.- Oggetto:
